    Three Southwest Florida schools "beat the odds" and rank among best in the country

  • Lorenzo Walker Technical High School Recognized in Newsweek Magazine 

    Lorenzo Walker Technical High School (LWH) has been recognized as one of the top 500 high schools across the country on Newsweek's "Beating the Odds" list. The list seeks to identify schools that do an excellent job of preparing their students for college while also overcoming the obstacles posed by students at an economic disadvantage. Lorenzo Walker ranked 97th out of the 500 high schools listed.  Lorenzo Walker has a college readiness of 86.8 percent with a 100 percent graduation rate and 69.6 percent poverty.

 Financial Aid Information Nights

Are you a parent/guardian of a high school senior?
If your child is looking to attend college, make sure to attend one of the upcoming Financial Aid Information Nights.
It is highly recommended that seniors and their parents attend a fall presentation
since many universities have early deadlines for their merit based scholarships.
Parents and students from all Collier County high schools may attend any of the evening meetings.
The first meeting will be held on
